Herbal Mend – Sitz Bath

New Mommy Herbal Mend created to help with the healing after childbirth. Can be used as a sitz bath or steeped and used in a peri-bottle.
Directions: Add 2 tablespoons herbal mix to 16 oz of boiled water, cover and steep for 10 minutes. Once cooled to a tolerable temperature, test on forearm first, warm but not hot. Strain the mixture, and pour into a sitz bath or peri-bottle. For sitz bath ensure you cover your baby maker parts and bottom and sit for 10-15 minutes a day to help the tissue heal.
For external use only, test on skin to ensure no sensitivities to herbs
