Return & Refund Policy
If for any reason your order doesn’t come as expected, please contact us so we can make it right.
We accept returns of unopened items up to 30 days after the date of purchase. Personal care items, opened or used products are exempt from returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damaged items are eligible for exchange.
Refunds, Exchange or Credits
Once we receive your item, we will notify you and the status of your refund, exchange or store credit.
Refunds will be initiated to the original method of payment within 3 business or as outlined on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
