Celebrating Two Remarkable Years In Our Space: A Journey of Sustainability and Innovation

As we mark the second anniversary of our journey in our storefront location (started as a homebased business), it’s an opportune moment to reflect on the strides we’ve made towards a more sustainable future. The inception of our venture was driven by a simple yet powerful vision: to minimize waste and promote eco-friendly consumer habits in our Northern community of Prince George, BC. This endeavor, though challenging, has been incredibly fulfilling.

The past two years have been a whirlwind of innovation, learning, and community building. We embarked on this journey with the ambition to make a significant impact on reducing waste, and using more healthful products that are refillable, it’s heartening to see how far we’ve come. Our approach was twofold: to offer products that are not only more sustainable yet effective but also refillable with the end goal of reducing single use product waste.

We’ve curated a range of products that serve as viable alternatives to their disposable counterparts, from bamboo toothbrushes to refillable hairspray, these products not only cater to the daily needs of our consumers but also embody the ethos of sustainability that we champion.

The support and enthusiasm from our customers have been the backbone of our success. We’ve fostered a community of like-minded individuals who are equally passionate about making a difference. This engagement has not only helped in spreading awareness but has also provided us with invaluable feedback, enabling us to refine our offerings and better serve our community.

As we look towards the future, our commitment to reducing waste and promoting sustainable practices and products remains unwavering. The journey ahead is undoubtedly filled with challenges, but with the continued support of our community and an ever-growing array of sustainable solutions, we are optimistic about the impact we can achieve. Here’s to celebrating two years of low impact solutions, and many more to come, as we continue to tread lightly on the earth, together.

With gratitude, Kyla
